Why “The iCamera”?

Falk Lumo, a guy with several years of photography behind him, explains to us what Nokia has done – or might have done or going to do with the camera industry. He simply shows us what the Nokia 808 PureView really does, and why it is so magnificent as it sounds. Because, it truly is. I’ve never been hands on with the device but I can tell from a distance and with past experience from Nokia phones, that this going to look even better out in real life situations. Many have doubted the design, but I wonder, where should we put the camera then? People tend to forget that this is 41MP on a 1/1.2″ sensor, which is some grand achievement by itself.

Further more, Lumo also believes that the Windows OS running on Lumia phones has a short lifespan within Nokia’s walls. Somewhere inside, I hope Windows Phones succeed, in the U.S. only that is. Because lately, or should I say just yesterday, did I receive the latest update (PR1.2) for my Nokia N9. And condsider me impressed, the overall smoothness improved and lag in the FaceBook/Twitter-app were gone! The MeeGo OS is probably the best mobile OS out there, I’ll explain why in a later article.
